1 frozen banana
1/4 cup frozen pineapple
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup coconut milk
2 tbsp coconut oil
1/4 inch piece of ginger, peeled and chopped
Place all ingredients in a blender and mix on high speed until smooth.
