30 Min Cardio Drumming Class

This class is one of my more popluar classes I teach at the Rec Center in my town. If you have some drumsticks and a yoga ball or a chair you don’t mind banging on, your good to go.

Hello all and Happy March 1st. I have taken some time off to reflect and discover the direction I want to go and what passions I want to pursue. In that, my fitness journey has fallen off track a bit. So I am doing a 14 day challenge with @nourishmovelove. All of us need inspiration. #moveoftheday is back for the next 14 days.
