Happy Monday! Here is a Cross Train Circuit to kick off your week. Do each Round 3x for 30 seconds rest between then move onto next round. Use dumbbells or water bottles or water jugs, whatever you have available at home. Keep moving and stay strong.
This class is one of my more popluar classes I teach at the Rec Center in my town. If you have some drumsticks and a yoga ball or a chair you don’t mind banging on, your good to go.

A little Friday Fun with my Zumba Gold Crew.
I love Tabata workouts. They are quick, intense and get the job done. This one is only 3 rounds long and 6 moves you can do anywhere. Set your timer for 20 seconds on and 10 seconds off for 4 minutes. 1 minute break then move onto next round. Alternate the 2 moves each round. Want a longer workout? Do 1 move for the 4 min block so the workout is 6 rounds long.

Prisoner Lunges/Mountain Climbers
Squat Jumps/Side Lunge with Hops
One of my class favorites right now. I use this in Zumba, Zumba Gold and Adaptive Zumba. It is an easy song to adjust the intensity level. Have fun and keep dancing
