Make sure fingers are pointing towards you, bend at the elbows and straighten arms to really target your triceps, then reach opposite hand to heel. Modification, just lift one leg at a time and leave both hand on the floor.
Move of the day: Single Leg Deadlift to Single Arm Row to Bicep Curl. Challenge your core as you work Glutes,Legs,Back and Biceps.
